Full BPS Test User Training
For practitioners who are not already BPS-accredited.
Complete Psysoft’s BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality course together with Acuity accreditation. This comprehensive route qualifies practitioners in both ability and personality testing and develops the knowledge needed to administer, interpret and provide feedback on workplace assessments responsibly.

Acuity Conversion Course
For experienced psychometric test users who hold the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality or an equivalent qualification.
A focused half-day course introducing the Acuity model, reports and practical applications. Learn how to interpret results and use the insight in recruitment, development, coaching and team contexts. The course can be delivered virtually or in-house.

Nationally recognised qualification
Psysoft’s BPS Test User course is accredited and verified by the British Psychological Society and aligned with European standards of competence in test use.
Ability and personality test use
Develop competence in both ability and personality assessment, including reliability and validity, test scores, fair selection, administration and feedback.
Acuity accreditation and support
Learn to interpret and apply the complete Acuity report suite, with ongoing support available as you begin using Acuity in practice.

Questions about Acuity training
Choose the Full BPS Test User route if you do not yet hold the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality or equivalent qualification. If you do hold this qualification, the accelerated Acuity Conversion Course is the appropriate route.
No previous experience is required for the Full BPS Test User course. The Acuity Conversion Course is designed for experienced psychometric test users who hold the BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality or an equivalent qualification.
The full route leads to the nationally recognised BPS Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality qualification together with Acuity accreditation. It also makes you eligible to join the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use, for which the BPS charges a separate fee. Conversion-course participants receive Acuity accreditation.
The full route combines independent online learning, practical exercises and live consultant-led training. The Acuity Conversion Workshop is a focused half-day session delivered virtually or in-house, including opportunities to practise interpretation and feedback.
Successful completion of either course provides access to the Participant Report, Manager Report and Technical Report. Untrained users will be able to access the Participant and Manager Reports only.
Ongoing support is available to help practitioners use and interpret psychometric assessments and apply Acuity appropriately in practice.
