Sarah is a Business Psychologist with 13 years’ experience working in recruitment, selection and people development. During this time Sarah has delivered many assessment and development projects across a range of job levels including call centre staff, salespeople, first line managers, leaders and executives. Her experience includes the design of competency frameworks and end-to-end recruitment processes, psychometric testing, interviewing, design and delivery of development centres and facilitation of one-to-one developmental feedback sessions.
Sarah began her career as a consultant at the market-leading psychometric test publisher SHL (UK) Ltd in 2001 and has since gained extensive experience leading on projects for clients such as RBS, Vodafone, Diageo, E.ON, Lloyds TSB and National Australia Group. Her more recent work in the public sector has given her a strong background in diversity issues, including reasonable adjustment in assessment processes.
Sarah is registered as a Test User: Occupational Ability & Personality with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and accredited to use a range of personality tools including Myers-Briggs (MBTI), OPQ32, Wave, Dimensions, NEO PI-R, Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and 15FQ. She is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society and its Division of Occupational Psychology, and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.
