Our management development centres are designed to be bespoke to your needs and typically last between half a day and two days depending on the seniority of the role. We help you to really get under the skin of delegates using psychometric assessment and interactive exercises such as presentations, role-plays, in-trays and group exercises to explore their core skills, abilities and leadership style and how these match the culture, strategy and vision of your organisation. We use a range of techniques including online psychometric tests, 360 feedback, development centres and executive coaching.

Once development needs are clearly identified we can work with individuals to create personalised action plans, offer bespoke leadership training courses using our preferred training partner and provide one-to-one executive coaching support to ensure that your business and the individuals within it reap the rewards.
