We recognise that there are key roles in every organisation where an in-depth one to one assessment of candidates is essential. For executive level positions we will work with you to identify the core skills and behaviours required for successful execution of the job. We will always take time to understand your business priorities, your culture and your vision for the role. We will then design a bespoke assessment process which will objectively assess the key skills and behaviours, enabling you to select the best person for the role.
Our services include producing a full written report for each candidate, together with a telephone or face to face discussion with our clients about their candidates. We can also give detailed feedback to the candidate, enabling them to benefit from the experience, regardless of the outcome of their application.
