Our scaleable consultancy services enable us to support our clients in whichever way they require. We aim to add value by filtering out unsuitable candidates from the recruitment process as early as possible so that resources are focused on those candidates that present the highest potential and best possible fit for the role.

Our services include:

  • Competency Design. From organisation-wide frameworks, to role-specific models we work with our clients to identify the key skills and behaviours that are vital for successful performance within their business.
  • Interview Design. We can create a structured interview guide designed to elicit evidence from each candidate that enables our clients to assess the candidate’s performance against these key skills and behaviours.
  • Assessment Centre Design. We can design the assessment process including identifying suitable off-the-shelf assessment exercises (including online psychometric testing), designing bespoke assessment materials and developing a timetable for the assessment centre.
  • Assessment Centre Delivery. We offer an outsourced delivery model which can be fully resourced by us or supplemented by staff from within the client organisation.
  • Feedback to you and to the individuals. We will provide written reports on the candidates as well as giving individual feedback to candidates.
  • Assessor Training. To ensure the quality of the assessment process, we offer our clients the opportunity to be trained in best-practice interview and assessment techniques.

Executive Level Selection

We recognise that there are key roles in every organisation where an in-depth one to one assessment of candidates is essential. For executive level positions we will work with you to identify the core skills and behaviours required for successful execution of the job. We will always take time to understand your business priorities, your culture and your vision for the role. We will then design a bespoke assessment process which will objectively assess the key skills and behaviours, enabling you to select the best person for the role.

Our services include producing a full written report for each candidate, together with a telephone or face to face discussion with our clients about their candidates. We can also give detailed feedback to the candidate, enabling them to benefit from the experience, regardless of the outcome of their application.
